Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing accurate and complete information required for SEO service delivery. This includes, but is not limited to:

Website access credentials, hosting access, CMS access, or FTP login
Google Business Profile access & Others
Timely provision of content, images, and other materials necessary for optimization

Delays in providing access or required materials may affect project timelines and results. Clients also affirm that they hold all rights to the materials they provide to CityRankPro and that such materials do not infringe upon any third-party rights.

Payment Terms

Our website may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the privacy practices or content of these sites. We encourage you to read the privacy policies of any websites you visit.

Refund Policy

Refunds are available within the first seven (7) days of purchase if no service work has commenced.

Once any work has commenced—including SEO audits, content optimization, citations, or link-building—refunds will no longer be provided.

Ongoing monthly services operate on a month-to-month basis. Clients may cancel at any time before the next billing cycle to avoid future charges.

Refund requests must be submitted in writing via hello@cityrankpro.com.

Intellectual Property & Copyright

All website content, including graphics, design, text, and other materials, are the property of CityRankPro or its licensors and are protected under copyright law.
